Developing those individual skills in young players is the primary goal of the academy. Professional soccer coaches know that the ages 8 to 13 are the most impressionable. This is the critical time to focus on developing good habits and proper technique. Only when basic ball skills are mastered, small group tactics are fully understood and comfort with the ball under pressure is achieved will a player release his/her potential. THE PROGRAMS ELITE SKILLS ACADEMY for age groups U10-U14 The Elite Academy is designed for self-motivated players wanting to take their game to the next level through serious training and instruction from someone that has played and coached at the highest levels of the game. The participants will be placed in an incredibly demanding environment in order to increase each player’s technical ability, speed of play and fitness levels. We will ensure that each player will have the opportunity to enter into his/her spring season with confidence. BLACK WATCH PREMIER JUNIOR ACADEMY for age groups U8-U10 For many years premier soccer clubs have left the development of our youngest soccer players to other programs. Black Watch Premier is able to ensure the quality and effectiveness of a player's training by overseeing player development at these critical ages. It is anticipated that most, if not all, players who participate in our Junior Academy will go on to play for Black Watch Premier. Top of Page |
